Mailing Time:
W-2s will be mailed on January 31, 2025.
They are sent directly from our third-party vendor and may take 7–10 business days to arrive.
Mailing Address:
Paper W-2s will be mailed to the address on file in the employee portal.
Please ensure your address is current to avoid delays. Deadline for address changes is 01/06/2025.
Electronic W-2s:
Employees who elected electronic delivery will have access to their W-2 in the employee portal beginning January 31, 2025.
No paper copy will be mailed to those who selected electronic delivery.
